Attorney General Roy Cooper's office over-paid lawyers the state hired to help it fight the TVA in a clean air lawsuit that was heard here in Asheville. - Haven't heard much about this story locally: A 20-year-old woman charged with smothering her infant daughter in April 2008 will appear in a New York court for the first time since being returned from Asheville on a fugitive warrant. Newsday.com.

I think Stir Fry Cafe was a victim of mediocrity and steep prices; furthermore, there is nothing in that ugly strip mall to bring anyone into it.
