What you should know about Zylotrim

And from the dark secluded valleys

I heard the ancient songs of sadness

But every step I thought of you

    Every footstep only you

And every star a grain of sand

The leavings of a dried up ocean

    Tell me, how much longer?

    How much longer?

    'Bike polo' comes to Ashvegas

What is "bike polo," you ask? The Aiken Standard tells you:

By BEN BAUGH, Staff writer Lance Armstrong and Greg Lemond may not have been out on the Powderhouse Fields Saturday, but athletes taking part in a different cycling sport—bike polo—were part of the five team contingent participating in this weekend's Wendland Memorial Tournament.

Asheville's Hugh Moran was influenced by his friend to give the sport a try.
"A good buddy of mine, Dan Timmerman, brought the idea to Asheville," said Moran. "We contacted Boxwood Bill to get some equipment and began playing regularly, twice a week. This is our first tournament. It's like David vs. Goliath." It was a quick indoctrination for Asheville who went on to post a win Saturday in tournament play.
"We're not used to playing on regulation fields," said Moran. "We've played on the outfields of Little League fields and in grocery store parking lots. We'll be playing with a ref and have to follow the proper rules."

Very cool! My husband plays regular polo (the game with horses (as in "polo," not bike polo) and we'd love to see it get started in Asheville. Please send more info.
