What you should know about Zylotrim

And from the dark secluded valleys

I heard the ancient songs of sadness

But every step I thought of you

    Every footstep only you

And every star a grain of sand

The leavings of a dried up ocean

    Tell me, how much longer?

    How much longer?

Ashvegas music scene web site looking for local music videos

The Asheville Music Scene is looking for music videos. That's because Don is putting together Music Video Asheville. The web site, coming in February, will also have a kick-off event in February at Cinebarre Theatres.

    Here's what he says:
The Asheville Music Scene will be up and running by first of the year and will provide up-to-date news and information about the local music scene. You can get a sneak peak at the "under construction" right here.

    Also, there's this:

POPAsheville, a great local music festival will be taking place in January. This event began last spring as IDFest and has now expanded and taken on the new name of POPAsheville. Find out more here.

    Thanks for the shout out.

    For clarification:
Music Video Asheville is being put on by a core group from FoAM (Future of Asheville Music). I'm just one of several folks helping organize and publicize the event.

POPAsheville is a great festival featuring mostly local music with a few out-of-town bands on the bill as well. I'm predicting this festival will grow rapidly in years to come. There's a great committee working together to organize and publicize the event. The committee is headed up by Stephanie Morgan of Stephanie's ID and I'm excited to be part of this group.

    My websites:
    The Asheville Music Gallery
    The Asheville Music Scene
    The Asheville Music Guide
will all be up and running by the first of the year. (I hope).

The websites are designed to provide increased coverage of the local music community. Anyone interested in submitting images, reviews, articles, etc for the site, can send them to me at ashevillemusicscene@gmail.com

Thanks again for the mention on your blog......

    ----Don
